SaaS OEM: New Opportunities, New Challenges, New Risks

I mentioned in the past and I will continue to keep an eye on that subject. ISVs should keep thinking OnDemand and new businesses opportunities that the SaaS new delivery models can generate include increasing the OEM to expand their eco-system and make more revenues. Though when an ISV wants to leverage its capabilities using other applications in `SaaS OEM` mode, one needs to check carefully the risks that it takes while integrating with other software which hold and support the data and resources of the ISV customers, including matters such as HA and data maintenance.
